We realized that and decided to make your decision just a little bit easier with FREE LOOM RETURNS. If you get your loom and don’t like it, send it right back and we’ll pay the return shipping.

Hi. I purchased Big sister and other parts for this loom. I have tried using loom but I have arthritis in my hands and I can not work loom. I believe loom is well made and I have no problem with that part. I am sorry I have just learned I can not use the loom. But my husband has been in hospital with by pass surgery so I put off opening the loom and using it. I hope you can understand my problem and will help me. You have been helpful answering questions when I was order the big sister loom. Thanks Evelyn Stevens
